Our local paper reported this week Extreme Makeover Home Editon will be building a home for a local family. The family has not been revealed other than to say it is between four different families and they will announce the lucky family on March 6, at their door!
Within a day the building will begin and EMHE is looking for volunteers, donations, and spectators! Three hundred and fifty people showed up for the rally on friday. I didn't show but I wanted to. Today I volunteered my services as a professional decorative painter. It would be so fun to help paint something fancy for Extreme, and maybe who knows, for Nate!
Extreme Makeover has a website set up for the public to view the progress of the home build, volunteer, or donate. A guestbook is also available to send well wishes to the lucky family. You can check it out by going to the builder's website.

If they need my help, I will be there, painting, or spectating, or serving sandwhiches to Nate while he stays locked up in his room doing his secret thing he always does.
